I have ADHD and get easily overwhelmed so I request to please be patient with me. If you think this may be a problem, do not commission me in the first place.

I also have chronic pain in my wrists due to tendinitis and a bit of carpal tunnel. I am currently getting treatment, but delays may occur if it flares up bad. Once again, if you think this may be a problem, do not commission me in the first place.

NSFW commissions get an upcharge because I cannot stream them on Twitch, which is my main source of income. I will sometimes stream NSFW art on Picarto but I make ZERO revenue from Picarto. All tipping/subbing functions are disabled on my Picarto.

YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SKETCH FOR SKEB-LIKE/SURPRISE COMMISSIONS. No choice in pose, expression, etc. and no updates for sketch/lineart. It's a surprise!

I will need your email to send you an official invoice. I will NOT take Friends & Family payments, stream donations, Ko-Fi tips, or any other means of payment. Payment is only valid through the invoice I send you. Any other means of payment will NOT be refunded and is INVALID TO YOUR COMMISSION.

PAYMENT MUST BE 100% COMPLETED UPFRONT TO BE PUT IN QUEUE. If there is no effort to make payment within 10 days of sent invoice, your commission will be cancelled. I will remind you after 5 days of no payment.

Payment plans available on commissions over $250 - 50% deposit upfront, 50% paid before final delivery. (other options may or may not be available - contact me to discuss specifics)

Prices may raise at any time. I will not give any commission for a previous price.

I do NOT accept ANY refunds or chargebacks ONCE THE SKETCH IS STARTED, under ANY circumstances.

If the commission has not been started AT ALL with NO COMMUNICATION within a 90 day period, a 75% refund may be accepted.

Any revisions DURING the SKETCH PHASE have NO CHARGE.

AFTER the sketch phase, SMALL REVISIONS such as missing details, incorrect coloring, etc. have NO CHARGE.

Any huge changes after sketch such as pose changes, addition of items, etc. will COST A FEE that will be determined at a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity.

Depending on how much is in my queue, a regular commission will GENERALLY be done within 2-8 weeks. This does not apply to VTuber models, which have a much higher time frame.

HOWEVER, please allow at least 3-4 months time (it is rare to take this long but just to be safe) as I also stream full time and can get very busy and/or exhausted at certain times. Not to mention medical conditions previously stated. Thank you for understanding. THIS OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE A SET DEADLINE.

Delivery will be a ZIP file with the art as well as a version with transparent background. (Sent through either Discord or Email)

ZIP file will also include a Glazed (AI shielded) version of almost all alts. This is the ONLY version of the art you are allowed to post on social media.

There will be NO UNWATERMARKED VERSION unless it is a commercial use commission.

Retain all copyrights of the commissioned artwork. All clients must provide a link to my Twitter or Twitch profile when posting my artwork.

Reserve the right to post commissioned artwork online, stream the process of commissioned artwork online, and/or include it in my portfolio unless otherwise requested by/discussed with the client.

Do not claim any outside characters from video games, shows, etc. or original characters (OCs) as my own.

Strictly prohibit the use of my artwork for cryptographic assets (such as NFTs or anything related) or Artifical Intelligence (AI).

I will always send you a message when I have any updates or questions for you. Including when I'm starting your commission, sketch approvals, lineart/coloring approvals, any questions or confusion that comes up, etc.
